- Collaborate with pharmacists to accurately prepare and compound medications
- Manage daily lab operations, including measuring, mixing, and maintaining equipment
- Oversee inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and within expiration dates
- Maintain precise records of all lab activities, such as formulation logs and batch records
- Excel in a dynamic environment, prioritizing precision and teamwork
- Uphold our commitment to exceptional patient care through meticulous medication preparation
- Detail-oriented with a strong track record in medication preparation and lab processes
- Experience in lab operations, sterile technique and processing methods
- A team player who fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Highly organized, capable of multitasking and maintaining a tidy, compliant lab
- Dedicated to patient care, ensuring the safe and accurate preparation of medications
- Experience in a pharmacy or lab setting, especially with medication compounding
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy regulations and safety standards
