Pharmacy Technician - PM Shift

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our compounding pharmacy team. This position is based on-site in Kirkland, WA, at a non-patient-facing location. You will work closely with the full-time pharmacists and technicians at this facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about personalized patient care.

What You’ll Do

  • Accurately compound, measure, mix, and label medications following prescriptions and pharmacy regulations.
  • Maintain meticulous records of compounded prescriptions and batch preparations.
  • Operate and maintain compounding equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functionality.
  • Assist pharmacists with inventory management, including ordering and restocking ingredients and supplies.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims
  • Provide assistance to other departments as needed

Who You Are

  • A certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with experience in sterile and non-sterile compounding (preferred).
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong commitment to accuracy and quality
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of pharmacy software and technology (bonus)

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $27 to $35 per hour, in addition to upside potential, and benefits. The pay range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire compensation across all locations. Actual pay within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
