About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Member Experience Representative. In this role, you will act as liaison between patients and Mochi Health, ensuring patients receive the necessary care and support they need by answering questions, resolving issues, and assisting with prescription refills. A successful candidate will have outstanding English language skills and be comfortable assisting patients on both the phone and email. 

What you’ll do

  • Respond to inquiries and provide clear, accurate, and timely information to our members.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inbound messaging and assist with refill cases.
  • Maintain a reliable and high-speed internet connection to ensure consistent communication without interruptions.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to resolve issues.
  • Performance will be monitored, and feedback will be provided to ensure consistent quality of work.

Who you are

  • Prior telehealth call center experience is a strong plus 
  • Spanish fluency is a strong plus 
  • Headset required

Shift Availability

We are looking for agents for the following shifts.

  • Team A Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Friday; 6am-6pm PT.
  • Team B Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, every other Friday, and Saturday; 6am-6pm PT.

The base salary for this full-time position is $5.00 per hour. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
