About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Growth to help accelerate our product’s impact by building and optimizing the systems that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
You’ll be joining a highly collaborative, cross-functional team that works at the intersection of engineering, product, design, and data. This is a high-leverage role where your work will directly shape the company’s growth trajectory. Own the engineering work that drives acquisition and lowers CAC: reliable measurement (client + server), durable identity across web/app, fast landing experiences and micro-tools, and the plumbing that enables rapid experiments and trustworthy attribution..
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats (frontend, backend, and data), and loves using creativity and rigor to solve ambiguous growth challenges.
What You’ll Do
-
Design, build, and ship features across the stack (frontend, backend, and data pipelines) to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
-
Maintain and improve server-side event forwarding, and a clean event schema across marketing site and app.
-
Identity & attribution enablement - Make identity resilient across domains; enforce UTM governance; ensure data needed for rules-based attribution is consistently available.
-
Work with design to build and iterate high-performance landing pages and lightweight micro-tools that capture intent and convert.
-
Partner with product, design, and data to identify high-impact opportunities and rapidly test hypotheses through experiments and A/B testing.
Who You Are
-
5+ years building production web software with clear business impact.
-
Full-stack fluency: Strong back-end and infra skills (APIs, auth, cookies, HTTP/CDN) with enough front-end to extend Framer and build/track landing pages.
-
Instrumentation end-to-end: Event design, tag management, server-side forwarding, experiment wiring.
-
SEO fundamentals: Core Web Vitals, crawlability/indexing basics, structured data/sitemaps.
-
Fluent in SQL and Python.
-
Strong Product sense: Can turn ambiguous growth ideas into minimal, testable releases and ship quickly without trading correctness.
-
Working familiarity with GTM, ad pixels, and Google Analytics (for integration/QA).
Nice to Haves
-
Mobile growth basics: Deep linking, install attribution concepts, and experience wiring web↔app journeys.
-
Experimentation rigor: Knows how to design trustworthy A/B tests (power, guardrails, sequential testing pitfalls).
-
Attribution literacy: Has shipped or worked closely with multi-touch attribution or MMM, and understands trade-offs of each.
-
Automation/scale: Has built scripts or APIs to automate campaign hygiene, enforce taxonomy, or streamline data QA.
Our Core Technologies Include: Typescript, Javascript, Node.js, Next.js, React, React Native, SQL, Python, Redis, Redux, New Relic, Kubernetes, CSS, AWS, Cypress, Docker, Express
