$75,000 - $110,000 + Bonus 
Full-time / Onsite (5 days/week)

About The Role

As our Senior Office Manager, you will be the heart of our workplace. You will ensure that operations run smoothly, the environment stays productive and welcoming, and our culture continues to thrive. You will manage the day-to-day logistics of the office while championing the details that make our team feel valued and connected. This role requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and builds systems that keep everything and everyone running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Run an efficient onboarding process for new team members
  • Own all aspects of office operations and facilities management, maintaining a safe, efficient, and inspiring workspace.
  • Ensure the office is tidy, functional, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors such as cleaning services, maintenance
  • Coordinate with building management on office improvements, repairs, and upgrades as needed.
  • Act as a culture ambassador by fostering a positive, and engaged workplace environment.
  • Plan and execute team events, celebrations, and offsites, managing both logistics and creative details.
  • Manage recognition and engagement programs, including birthdays, work anniversaries, and other milestones.
  • Partner with leadership and People Operations to implement culture and engagement initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in office management, administrative operations, or people operations.
  • Resourceful self-starter with a “no task too small” mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Interest or background in workplace experience, people operations, or culture-building.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable owning processes from start to finish.
  • Experience working across teams and with all levels of an organization.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $75,000 - $110,0000 in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.

Workplace Policy

Mochi Health is an in-person company based in San Francisco, CA. Our team works together in person five days a week to foster collaboration, innovation, and strong connections. We believe that face-to-face interaction builds a culture of excellence and allows us to deliver the best outcomes for the patients and providers we serve.

For office-based roles, the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Actual hours may vary depending on business needs and role responsibilities. All employees receive meal and rest breaks in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

For designated remote roles, this in-person policy does not apply.
