Sales Manager- STRONG Pilates

JOB SUMMARY   

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue and membership growth across both new and existing studios. This includes leading presale efforts for new studio openings, supporting local teams with ongoing sales performance, and ensuring execution of best-in-class sales processes. This role plays a critical part in shaping studio culture, improving conversion, and scaling consistent results. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

Sales Leadership 

  • Drive lead-to-member conversion through effective follow-up, closing, and front-end sales process management including CRM and oversight of team members 
  • Increase revenue through membership acquisition, upgrades, and local community partnerships 
  • Monitor and improve studio KPIs: utilization, visit growth, churn, retention, and revenue per visit 
  • Collaborate with field leadership to execute sales initiatives that meet or exceed revenue targets 
  • Studio compliance with Sales-related SOPs and technical skills 

Team Management 

  • Train and manage pre-sale staff to ensure consistent execution in line with brand standards.  
  • Partner with studio leadership to deliver effective sales training on the pre-sale process and selling techniques.  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, HQ, and other departments to launch promotions, initiatives, and studio programming 
  • Foster a results-driven, accountable studio culture rooted in STRONG’s core values 

Client Experience & Community 

  • Build meaningful member relationships that support retention and personalization 
  • Champion the STRONG brand through supporting the presale process in local outreach, partnerships, and community events 
  • Respond to client membership questions promptly and professionally, both verbally and in writing 

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE  

  • 2-5 years of sales and operations management experience in fitness, wellness, or a related service industry. 
  • Proven success in sales and team leadership,  
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute, 
  • Experience leading and coaching geographically dispersed teams.

  • Ability to interpret multi-unit performance data and make tactical adjustments 
  • Highly organized and efficient across multiple studio locations 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ENVIRONMENT  

  • Requires a wide range of constant physical activities, including but not limited to: sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.  
  • Frequent repetitive movements.  
  • Continuous exposure to moderate noise.  
  • Frequent walking and standing on hard surfaces.  
  • Frequent movement, lifting or carrying weight up to 50 pounds.  
  • Frequent exposure to dust, chemicals, and cleaning solutions

Salary: $80,000 annually plus bonus
Travel: Local travel to our locations/markets
