We are growing and we’re looking for talents to support our SG Operations team as an Operations Executive (Campaigns)

Mission

As an Operations Executive (Campaigns), your mission is to launch marketplace campaigns effectively and efficiently whilst ensuring overall marketplace site information is most up to date. You would also be at the forefront of supporting the wider campaigns team in driving results through new campaign mechanics, processes, and partner relations. In addition, you will have one headcount reporting to you.

This role will be reporting directly to the Commercial Lead and is a key contributor to the largest performance driver for the company

Responsibilities

  • Being an expert in all things campaign operations
  • Improving campaign processes and mechanics to drive effectiveness and performance
  • Being the campaign operations point of contact with the wider campaigns team
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to align campaign mechanics. 
  • Launching marketplace campaigns accurately and timely on the platform. 
  • Ensure all campaign details are accurate and up to date on the platform.
  • Creating up-to-date T&Cs for each campaign as per each unique campaign mechanics. 
  • Supporting the commercial team in partner-facing campaign operations meeting agenda
  • Onboard new partners and products - working with the wider teams to ensure partner and product details are accurate and launched in a timely manner
  • Existing inventory/product listings - working with the wider teams to ensure existing information is accurate and updated in a timely manner 
  • Inventory management and post-campaign analytics to support the campaigns team

Requirements 

  • Experience in digital marketing campaign operations will be a plus. 
  • Good stakeholder management skills and liaising with a number of stakeholders. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns at a time while paying strict attention to structure and details
  • Strong problem-solving skills - able to exhaustively and comprehensively break down problems in a structured manner
  • Excellent listener, verbal and written communicator
  • Hungry to learn and hardworking
  • Organized, Structured and Meticulous
