How We Hire: A Sneak Peek

 

Our interview process is conducted in a consistent and transparent manner, ensuring a supportive experience for you at every stage of your candidate journey. 

  • Prescreening with the Talent Team – A preliminary conversation to discuss your motivations, key details of the role, salary expectations, and work arrangements
  • Topgrading – A deeper dive into your skills, experience, and expertise to assess your fit for the role with the hiring manager 
  • Focus Round – An opportunity to showcase your problem-solving & thought processing skills based on the questions provided. You’ll have 4-5 working days to complete this exercise 
  • Culture Fit – A conversation to establish how well you can understand and fit into our culture. This allows us to build a team that is greater than the sum of its parts and amplifies everyone at MoneySmart to collaborate in a way that drives success together
