We are growing and we are looking for talented people to join our team as a Customer Service Executive.

  • Based in Malaysia, this role will primarily focus on supporting our customers in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written Cantonese communication skills to effectively engage with our Hong Kong clients and provide an exceptional level of service 
  • Please note that this role requires flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as needed 

Responsibilities

  • Primarily handle inquiries related to MoneySmart exclusive campaigns, application tracking, and reward redemption through Freshdesk tickets or chats 
  • Provide first-contact resolution in accordance with standard operating procedures. In cases where first-contact resolution is not possible, follow up and respond to users via Freshdesk 
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including average handling time, first-contact resolution rate, ticket/chat response rate, customer satisfaction score, and quality assurance standards 
  • Adhere to all internal processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to provide prompt and accurate updates to customers
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with MoneySmart customers to ensure a positive experience

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact centre, with a focus on customer service 
  • Fluent in spoken Cantonese and written Traditional Chinese, with the ability to communicate in basic English with other stakeholders 
  • Strong business writing skills are required 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adaptable to changing work environments
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
