Product Lead

Mission
Lead the Marketplace product tribe of 2–3 PMs) to define the vision, drive discovery and delivery, and build a sustainable leadership pipeline. You will be accountable for the overall Marketplace product strategy, execution, and team development - mitigating concentration risk by distributing ownership and ensuring long-term continuity, while delivering a compelling, outcome-driven roadmap that accelerates Marketplace growth, enhances product execution quality and velocity, and nurtures the next generation of product leaders.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Translate company strategy into a 12–18‑month Marketplace plan. Lead AI-enabled market research, user‑feedback programs, and competitive analyses; convert insights into sequenced bets with clear success metrics and decision logs
- Product Discovery & Execution: Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle—from problem framing and hypothesis validation to delivery and iteration. Uphold agile ceremonies, definitions of ready/done, quality bars, and tight scope control to land milestones predictably
- Team Leadership & Upskilling: Mentor 2–3 PMs with structured growth plans. Establish rituals for product judgment, discovery craft, measurement, and documentation quality. Build a high‑performing, continuously developing team
- Risk Mitigation & Ownership Distribution: Proactively redistribute critical responsibilities to reduce single‑owner risk and ensure resilience across workstreams
- Data & Experimentation: Raise the bar on analysis and testing. Define metric trees, design A/B tests, and track Marketplace outcomes, especially funnel conversion and engagement rates
- Design & Customer Insight: Partner with Design and Research on journey mapping, usability testing, and content clarity. Maintain ongoing customer proximity via interviews, sales feedback, events, and social channels
- Stakeholder Leadership: Align Engineering, Data, Design, Commercial, and Executive stakeholders on outcomes, trade‑offs, and resourcing; communicate with clarity and candor
- Innovation & Tools : Encourage modern tooling, including automation and AI where appropriate, to improve speed and quality without compromising evidence standards, privacy, or brand integrity

- Communication & Product Writing: Produces clear, concise, and impactful product documentation and delivers crisp stakeholder updates with transparency and candor
- Innovation Acumen: Pragmatically applies new methods and tools, including automation and AI, to improve speed and quality without compromising evidence standards, privacy, or brand integrity
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management with proven leadership of PMs or a product tribe; Marketplace or multi‑sided platform experience is a plus
- Demonstrated delivery of roadmap outcomes at quality and speed; deep familiarity with agile cadences and backlog hygiene
- Ability to assess a problem, identify potential issues and find solutions
- Strong analytical literacy (e.g., SQL familiarity, experiment design) and comfort with instrumentation and KPI tracking
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross‑functional alignment; excellent written and verbal communication
- Financial product domain expertise - Experience working in Fintech space and domain knowledge of banking and insurance products like loans, credit cards, insurances etc. in the APAC region
- Proficiency with standard product tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and collaboration stacks
