A Day in the Life:
As the Director of Commercialization, you own the commercial agenda for your territory. You’ll uncover and activate regional marketing opportunities that fuel brand loyalty and drive Monster’s presence across the distributor network. You’ll lead a high‑performing team of Commercial Managers focused on planning, tracking, communication, and performance score‑carding. Working closely with distributor commercial and strategy teams, you’ll drive forecasting, build sales programs, and run a disciplined stewardship cadence that ensures Monster shows up strong and wins in the market.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Internal and external cross-functional collaboration and navigation, including capability building and data analytics
- Planning and programming adjustments aligned to budget goals. Influence the design and development of local Point of Sale materials and implement channel messaging guidelines in plans
- Forecasting of shipments, innovation and distributor inventory
- Lead forced / auto-ship efforts to drive speed to market results
- Track and communicate regional and national Monster initiatives and ensure connectivity between execution goals and strategic priorities
- Recognize brand / channel opportunities to either accelerate growth or leverage strengths
- Local Marketing Fund budget planning, independent retailer execution (CMA), trimester planning and Joint Business Plan stewardship
- Communicates Corporate Direction / Market Unit plans, with clearly defined Look of Success, accountabilities & timelines
- Responsible for reviewing & summarizing initiative performance reports & stewarding action plans in support of the weekly/monthly management routines
Who You Are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business, Marketing, Finance or related field of study
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), beverage industry
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in Project Management
- Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency using Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$95,700 - $127,600 USD
