After starting as a prepaid card, our product offering has grown a lot in the last 10 years in the UK. As well as personal and business bank accounts, we offer joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account and credit cards in the UK, with more exciting things to come beyond. Our UK customers can also save, invest and combine their pensions with us.
With our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature, combined with financial education on social media and our award winning customer service, we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers!

We’re building the best money management app in the world. We believe there should be an alternative to the banking of the past: we help our customers better manage their finances through beautiful and intuitive digital tools. We want to replace the terrible user experiences that you are forced to use whenever you log into your bank, and get rid of unfair fees and poor customer service.

What you’ll be working on:
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive our marketing efforts, execute campaigns, and bring fresh ideas to the table. If you love wearing multiple hats and making an impact, this is the role for you. Disciplines you would be working across includes:
Growth Marketing: Generate and execute creative ways to drive growth, this could be guerrilla tactics, viral stunts, community engagement, and beyond.
Partnerships Execution: Help identify and manage relationships with brand partners, influencers, and affiliates.
CRM Marketing: Helping to execute email and in-app campaigns to improve retention and engagement, with support from our UK CRM team.
General Support: Assist with ad-hoc marketing tasks and admin as needed.
You should apply if:
- You are a creative thinker with a strong bias for action—comfortable testing and iterating quickly.
- You have solid writing skills and an eye for design
- You are highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Previous experience with CRM tools like Braze would be a plus
