Field Operations Coordinator
Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
The Field Operations Coordinator supports daily activities within the Field Operations team, focusing mainly on the Measure Technician group. They assist with scheduling, reporting, documentation, and ensuring compliance with company processes. This role involves coordinating with team members and leadership to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure Technician Support
- Manage schedules and appointments for Measure Technicians, including reschedules and remote-to-in-person visits.
- Review job files to ensure all necessary documentation is complete before appointments.
- Oversee completed measurements and site visits to ensure forms, photos, and notes are accurate and submitted on time.
- Track re-measure requests and follow up on additional technical reviews or field visits.
- Coordinate handoffs of measurement data to relevant internal teams (e.g., Sales, Permitting, Installation).
Reporting & Performance
- Generate regular reports on productivity, appointment completion, and project status
- Maintain dashboards and scorecards, flagging overdue items or trends needing attention.
Compliance & Audits
- Monitor records to ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and licensing requirement
- Support audits of files and system activity, and assist with operational adjustments
- Track and notify leadership of upcoming expirations or missing documentation.
Administrative & Cross-Team Support
- Communicate with customers for appointment coordination and follow-up
- Prepare meeting materials and track action items
- Maintain forms, checklists, SOPs, and training resources
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and equipment needs for field team members
- Assist with special projects, process improvements, and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; college not necessary
- 2+ years of administrative, scheduling, or operations support experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, responsive communication skills
- Proficient with scheduling tools, shared inboxes, and cloud storage (e.g., OneDrive)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); intermediate Excel skills preferred
- Able to analyze data, build reports, and identify trends
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with home improvement, construction, or field services is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $28-30/hour
