Summary

The Learning Instructor is a key member of our Case Control Center Team, responsible for the training, development, and continued growth of our Case Consultants. This candidate will be a source of knowledge to ensure success within the Case Control Center. The goal of this role is to ensure all members of the Case Control Center are well-equipped to perform their duties.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Learning Instructor, to be a source of assistant and expertise for other members of the team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a variety of training programs, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, to diverse groups of employees across different levels and functions.
• Effectively deliver training content, activities, and discussions that align with learning objectives and engage participants through various instructional methods.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, discussion, and collaboration among participants.
• Implement strategies to ensure the application and transfer of learned skills and knowledge to the workplace, including post-training activities and assessments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to review and adapt training materials, ensuring they are engaging and relevant.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and overall training effectiveness.
• Leverage virtual training platforms, multimedia tools, and interactive technologies to enhance the virtual learning experience.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning by inspiring employees to take ownership of their development and seek opportunities for growth.
• Provide additional resources, job aids, and reference materials to support participants' ongoing learning and skill development.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and innovative training techniques to enhance facilitation skills and training content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 3-5 years of sales trainer experience
• Experience in Salesforce (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with LMS platforms
• Experience with Articulate 360
