Summary

Morgan & Morgan is looking for a motivated and curious Marketing Associate to join our Specialty Marketing Team. This group plans and executes national advertising programs from several litigation types and we are seeking an entry-level addition. The ideal candidate is someone looking to grow their marketing career through hands-on execution with digital media buying, analyzing data, and understanding the customer journey.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help coordinate and organize marketing campaigns across different channels (email, paid social, paid search, etc.) for the Social Security, Employment Law, Business Law, & Complex Litigation practice areas
  • Assist with collecting and reporting on campaign performance metrics
  • Monitor performance and promptly flag performance challenges to the Senior Marketing Manager
  • Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and target audiences
  • Support the team with project tracking, timelines, and basic marketing operations
  • Help prepare and execute campaign launches quickly and efficiently (< 48 hrs)
  • Work closely with peer departments - Creative, Media, PR, and Analytics to support planning and execution
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and campaign dashboards (experience with Google Workspace tools or Periscope is a plus)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of marketing, communications, or related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and organizing data
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Interest in digital marketing, strategy, or campaign planning
  • Team player who’s organized and eager to grow

Salary Range

$50,000 - $60,000 USD
