Summary
We’re looking for a Futures Coordinator to join our Futures Team. This is a remote position and successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills-necessary to communicate information with courtesy and tactfulness, will be flexible and adaptable under pressure, and be responsible for areas including but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Prioritizes, coordinates, and follows up on incoming requests from legal staff and referral partners. Recommends appropriate course of action when applicable, or delegates as deemed appropriate based on subject matter, expertise or involved party.
- Performs audits, completes case reviews, responsible for quality metrics, incoming requests, vendor satisfaction, and internal compliance.
- Provides updates and communicates to Futures Team regularly.
- Acts as a liaison between referral partners within the venue.
- Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.
- Provides support on various ongoing clinical, legal, and special projects, and at the direction of, the Futures Team, ensuring deadlines/objectives are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a project coordinator, case manager, and/or administrative assistant
- Legal and/or medical experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of the corporate structure, prioritize and handle numerous competing demands in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment.
- Highly organized, detail oriented with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with spoken and written fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Must be able to multitask and handle high-stress, sensitive situations with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and case management software.
