Summary
We are excited to announce a unique opportunity to join our expanding Employee Success team as we open our new Las Vegas Case Control Center - a cornerstone of our firm's continued growth in the region. The Operations and Events Coordinator will be an integral part of this launch, serving as a dynamic, people-first professional who helps shape an exceptional workplace experience. This onsite role will act as a vital extension of our Florida-based Employee Success team, partnering across Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and Facilities Management to cultivate the vibrant, inclusive culture that defines CCC. Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Events
- Partner with the Employee Engagement Coordinator to plan and execute internal events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives, potentially leveraging platforms like our gamification platform, Centrical.
- Support culture-building programs, volunteer efforts, and employee recognition campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to coordinate and document Flash updates, event communications, and engagement materials.
Recruiting Support
- Assist with in-person interviews by scheduling, greeting candidates, and conducting office tours that showcase our culture.
- Serve as a liaison between recruiters and candidates to ensure a seamless interview and onboarding experience.
Onboarding & Orientation
- Lead Day 1 orientation sessions and ensure new hires are equipped for success.
- Prepare welcome kits and manage onboarding logistics (e.g., name tags, badges, check-in procedures).
Facilities & Supplies Management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Manage seating charts and coordinate workspace assignments.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, snacks, and other essentials.
- Liaise with vendors and cleaning staff to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office coordination, HR support, employee engagement, or event planning, with a strong track record of managing logistics and enhancing workplace experiences.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated success in leading community engagement initiatives and a passion for elevating brand visibility in alignment with outreach goals.
- Warm, approachable, and people-centric demeanor, with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Proficiency in collaboration and communication tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and interactive platforms like Kahoot! and Educaplay.
