Summary
Our Shared Services team is growing! The Operations Coordinator is an integral part of the Coverage team and will work with the Senior Manager, case staff, and offshore vendors to ensure smooth execution of Coverage requests. You will be responsible for independently communicating with case staff and insurance carriers to obtain pertinent insurance policy details. Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to:
- Quality assurance of the Coverage request process
- Proactive and effective communication with the Senior Manager, case staff, and offshore vendors
- Investigation management
- Take initiative in tracking and anticipating market developments
- Propose departmental process updates to remain ahead of market needs
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Case Manager, Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar insurance experience
- Exposure to Auto Liability and Premises Law
- Diplomacy, pragmatism, and assertiveness
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal, team environment, and people-oriented skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization

Salary Range
$60,000 - $70,000 USD
