Summary
We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join the team. As a Business Operations Analyst, you are responsible for delivering data-driven insights to inform day-to-day case operations, guide organization-wide strategic decisions, and drive business outcomes. You will play a key role in a small team that aims to ensure all our internal teams operate at peak efficiency, while delivering exceptional value and an outstanding experience to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide in-depth, digestible, and visual insights using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
- Collaborate with Operations leadership to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency.
- Build workflow automations and execute ad hoc data management projects to enhance efficiency of case operations
- Ensure data integrity and SOP compliance by designing systems to monitor case activity
- Manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operations, or a related role.
- Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel required. Coding experience (e.g. Python, R, etc) preferred.
- Analytically curious with the ability to proactively recognize insights and opportunities beyond the original project scope.
- Be a problem-solver. Thinking about the key metrics that will drive success and how to make processes better.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with a preference for Business or STEM fields.
Salary Range
$95,000 - $125,000 USD
