About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and help grow our interconnected ecosystem of services that power Mozilla products. This role is focused on Mozilla’s experimentation platform that supports Mozilla products in running experiments, making data-driven decisions, and iterating towards growth.

What you'll do:

  • Drive product strategy for Firefox Profiles
  • Align product vision with technical capabilities, articulating design feedback to increase the odds of product success.
  • Define and execute a roadmap for the infrastructure that supports Mozilla products in scaling and growing.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional and cross-team stakeholders to ensure goal alignment.
  • Contribute to Firefox strategy and inform of best practices.
  • Ensure production-level support for internal customers.
  • Serve as an advocate for Mozilla products while supporting PXI business goals.

What you'll bring:

  • Expertise as a product manager with a track record for managing back-end services.
  • Passion for experimentation and prior experience running experiments on software products.
  • Track record of using data to set goals and measure progress
  • Learn new and complex topics and systems quickly while leading a team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Many years of experience in software product management.
  • Prior experience in supporting internal customers.
  • Direct experience partnering with engineering teams and leading software development process
