What you’ll do:

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll:

Support various team under GAM Technology to update financials on our clients' project management tool.
Validate the numbers with the financial team and investigate any variances.
Facilitate the senior manager in annual planning process for financials and resources.
Act as the key contact for project financial related questions, facilitate PM to prepare financial tracking templates for projects.
Run financial & resource analytics and project status reports / dashboards in Business Intelligence tool.
Ensure all project benefit information are in the tool and validate the details with Benefit Owner/Project Owner/Project Manager.
Track the benefit status on a quarterly basis and ensure all closed projects have provided benefits update/who to reach out for benefit update before benefit is fully realized.
Validate financial benefit realization with Finance department.
Make sure all questions of project management tool (Plainview) are addressed, update & reconcile information between source data and Planview, monitor the changes in Planview.

Career focus: Passionate about starting a career in Financial Analysis. Experience with MS Office, Project Management Software, or Tableau preferred but not required.

Adaptability: The ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Collaboration skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Technical expertise: Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, and an aptitude for learning new systems.

Project management skills: Experience in system migrations and the full project lifecycle is a plus.
