The Partnerships team at MyFitnessPal drives growth, engagement, and brand value through strategic collaborations with best-in-class organizations. We’re looking for a Sr. Lead of Partnerships who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This person will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, launching, managing, and growing partnerships end-to-end. They’ll serve as a connector between external partners and internal teams—ensuring every initiative delivers meaningful impact for our users and business.

What you’ll be doing: 

Partnership Development & Deal Execution

  • Source and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with company goals
  • Creative thinker who develops out-of-the-box programs that deliver measurable value
  • Lead outreach and confidently pitch to executive-level stakeholders
  • Structure and negotiate partnership terms in collaboration with Legal and Finance

Partner Management & Cross-Functional Execution

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders at key brands
  • Operate as the day-to-day owner of key partnerships post-contract
  • Act as the cross-functional lead coordinating across internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, etc.)
  • Own performance tracking and reporting, liaising with analytics teams to surface insights
  • Maintains detailed records in CRM systems and ensures timely communications across accounts
  • Proactively manage partner needs, expectations, and roadmaps

Marketing Enablement & Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing and Creative to develop and maintain co-branded assets, campaign toolkits, decks, and partner-facing materials
  • Ensure internal teams are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Support development of scalable systems, playbooks, case studies, and documentation

About You:

  • You’re a creative thinker who develops out-of-the-box programs that deliver measurable value
  • Ability to write clear, concise briefs and build structured execution plans
  • Highly organized with strong client management, project management, and follow-up skills
  • Growth-minded, resilient, and brings fresh, strategic thinking to complex challenges

Qualifications to be successful in this role: 

  • 6–10 years in partnerships, business development, sales, or strategic client-facing roles—ideally within health/wellness/fitness industries, or consumer tech
  • Proven success closing and managing high impact, revenue generating deals
  • Strong communicator with executive presence and excellent presentation skills
  • CRM/reporting fluency (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, Airtable, analytics tools


The reasonably estimated salary for this role at MyFitnessPal ranges from $140,000 - $190,000. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
