Deputy Director - Brand & Digital Marketing
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary custodian of brand strategy and innovation, driving ideation and ensuring flawless execution of brand activities under the guidance of the Brand Head.
- Collaborate closely with the internal research team to derive deep consumer insights, leveraging them to develop pioneering marketing campaign concepts.
- Monitor brand health and key business metrics, proactively identifying and addressing potential threats to current brand positioning.
- Act as the key Client SPOC for all Creative & Media agencies, fostering effective relationships and optimizing operational efficiencies.
- Oversee the strategic development and production of all ATL/BTL campaigns, both with external agencies and in-house teams.
- Develop comprehensive media briefs, outlining campaign objectives, routes, targets, costs, etc., and liaise with media partners to ensure effective execution and evaluation against campaign goals.
- Manage campaign timelines and material release schedules in alignment with launch requirements, ensuring seamless campaign management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally to develop end-to-end campaign solutions and extensions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6 to 8 years of progressive post-MBA marketing experience in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated creativity with a proven ability to innovate and think strategically.
- Experience in consumer goods industries, preferably within fashion and lifestyle brands, with a track record of launching successful multichannel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Preferred experience in the consumer internet industry.
