Associate- Store Marketing & Management 

About Team
The Store marketing and management team works with cross functional stakeholders to plan and
manage visibility and manage campaigns on the Myntra platform. This role involves planning, optimizing
and managing multiple high impact campaigns from end to end.


Roles and Responsibilities


Role:
The role involves building visibility metrics, prediction and anomaly detection of impression on the
platform and the conversion metrics. The DA can expect to have a panoramic view of the business and
work at the intersection Analytics and Strategy.


Responsibilities:
 Develop analytical models to estimate impressions on the platform manage visibility across business
units
 Monitor key metrics such as Funnel conversion, CTR, Revenue per impression, Revenue per User etc,
manage key levers to influence these metrics
 Identify key trends over time and develop analytical models targeted at increasing conversion and
profitability
 Develop an approach to best optimize the space available on the app
 Execute A/B test experiments for multiple programs to optimize Home, Men and Women pages on
Myntra platform
 Influence various teams/stakeholders within the organization to have successful campaigns


Qualifications & Experience
 1-3 years of experience with B Tech/BE in Computer Science or equivalent from a tier 1 college
 Strong knowledge of SQL, advanced Excel/ Google sheets and basic statistics
 Problem solving skills – ability to break a problem down into smaller parts and develop a solutioning
approach
 Strong analytical bent of mind with strong communication/persuasion skills
 Demonstrated ability to work independently in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment
 Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
