Associate - Omni Channel 

Role: 
As associate  in the Seller Experience team, the candidate would be responsible for the design,development & execution of strategic initiates to improve seller experience & seller business from inception till scale up.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify scope for improvement in marketplace processes and come up with structural solutions for various problems impacting seller experience or seller growth. Expected to own end to end design and execution of an initiative.
2. Structure and conduct analyses to define objective and key results for a program. Back-up business decisions with data.
3. Identify industry trends and perform benchmarking to shape critical initiatives in the ecommerce marketplace ecosystem.
4. Liaison with cross functional teams such as category management, supply chain, finance, legal, tech etc.for seamless execution of programs and course correct based on need.
5. Create dashboards, trackers and newsletters to improve visibility of the programs both internally and externally.
6. Track the status of the initiatives vs. the expected timelines & intended impact.
7. Highlight issues and problem solve with the relevant stakeholders to make sure the initiatives are on track.
8. Scaling up hyperlocal (mnow) across cities and focus on the performance metrics 
9. Creating new levers to explore the expansion levels and implement new ideas towards growth from business standpoint
10. Program manage and prepare schedules to track and business projects related to Mnow
