Senior Director, Revenue Marketing

Narvar is growing! As Narvar's Senior Director of Revenue Marketing, you will be at the forefront of crafting and executing marketing strategies that are deeply aligned with our revenue goals. This role is tailor-made for someone with high energy, ambition, and a passion for driving results. 

You will lead marketing campaigns across diverse channels to not only capture attention but to convert leads, drive new customer acquisition, and power customer retention and expansion. A key focus of this role is spearheading Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts to target high-value accounts. Working closely with sales, product, and customer success, you will ensure that campaigns are fine-tuned to maximize ROI and directly contribute to revenue growth. This position is ideal for a creative, data-driven leader ready to merge innovation with strategy to deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with the company's revenue goals, focusing on the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition to retention and expansion.
  • Full-Funnel Marketing: Implement marketing programs that target key audiences at every stage of the funnel. Leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to engage high-value accounts with personalized campaigns, ensuring both new customer acquisition and expansion efforts are fully optimized.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, customer success, product, and marketing teams to gather insights and optimize marketing efforts based on real-time performance data and feedback.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to understand customer signals and behaviors. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Campaign Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns across all channels, identifying opportunities for improvement to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Lead efforts across digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing to increase engagement, conversions, and revenue.  
  • Customer Expansion & Retention: Focus on strategies that nurture relationships with existing customers, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and deepen customer loyalty to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Trend & Innovation Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, marketing technology developments, and best practices to ensure Narvar’s marketing efforts are innovative, cutting-edge, and highly effective.
  • Budget Management & Efficiency: Oversee and own a marketing budget, prioritizing high-impact activities and ensuring that all investments drive measurable revenue outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role focused on revenue marketing or demand generation.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), that have directly contributed to both new customer acquisition and customer expansion, resulting in measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, combining innovation with a focus on delivering business results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities while driving measurable impact.
