Data Analyst

Position Overview 

Key Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and visualize data to monitor business performance, identify risks, and provide actionable insights through automated dashboards and reports.
• Support strategic decisions by conducting ad-hoc analyses, identifying monthly trends, and delivering clear recommendations for product, marketing, and operations teams.
• Drive research initiatives, including competitor analysis, market trend monitoring, and user segmentation for targeted marketing.
• Design, execute and analyze experiments to uncover community growth opportunities and improve customer experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, with hands-on experience in data extraction, cleaning, preparation, and dashboard development.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio) and advanced Excel ang Google Sheet skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to explore innovative solutions for business growth and efficiency.
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
