Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives – Develop and execute comprehensive marketing data and operations strategies to empower data-informed decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure Data Integrity – Oversee and maintain data reliability, compliance, and security across all marketing platforms and operations.
- Enhance Campaign Analytics – Lead ongoing analytics initiatives, measuring and optimizing marketing campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Optimize Marketing Technology – Oversee the integration and effectiveness of the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow across Salesforce CRM, Eloqua, Motiva, Demandbase and related platforms.
- Define Clear Metrics – Establish and communicate KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights to marketing stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT teams to align processes and accelerate pipeline growth and performance outcomes.
- Mentor & Build Teams – Cultivate a high-performing team environment, mentoring team members to foster professional growth and organizational success.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing data operations, analytics, or similar roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Expertise in analytics and dashboard development, and marketing technologies including Salesforce CRM Eloqua, and Demandbase.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree/certification in marketing or analytics
- Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or diagnostic industries
- Proven track record managing complex marketing data operations within high-growth organizations
