Position Summary:
Natera is seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Insurance Verification Analyst with a specialized focus on Insurance Verification within Revenue Cycle. This role is responsible for evaluating and improving insurance verification processes, driving operational efficiency, and supporting key initiatives that enhance reimbursement accuracy and revenue cycle performance.
Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Insurance Verification team within the Revenue Cycle department.

Perform data analysis and trend identification to uncover opportunities for process improvements and performance optimization in insurance verification.

Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation, and best practices to ensure high-quality and compliant operations.

Collaborate with leadership to design, implement, and optimize workflows and performance tracking for insurance verification.

Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional departments to address and resolve revenue cycle challenges.

Partner with vendor operations teams to manage day-to-day activities and ensure timely, accurate processing of verification tasks to maximize reimbursement.

Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to weekly performance review meetings to assess progress and identify improvement opportunities.

Stay current on billing and coding regulations; conduct research and interpret guidance to ensure departmental alignment with industry standards.

Coordinate with management to develop action plans based on emerging trends and operational insights.

Align insurance verification strategies with broader organizational goals and revenue cycle initiatives.

Lead and manage the successful execution of project plans and implementation strategies.

Proactively identify and recommend new technologies or process innovations that drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with specific expertise in insurance verification or a related function.

Proven ability to lead projects, develop workflows, and analyze performance metrics.

Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, payer policies, and regulatory standards.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant revenue cycle or EHR software.
