Compensation: $26,75 – $32.25 per hour (final offer based on experience and qualifications)

What you bring
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a concierge or guest services role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Previous leadership or management experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience in event coordination is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.
What you’ll do
- Supervise and lead the community receptionists’ team, providing guidance, support and regular feedback.
- Ensure resident and community satisfaction by delivering high-quality, customer-oriented service.
- Coordinate room scheduling, vendor relationships, contracts, and myPotential Care Center appointments.
- Maintain communication systems, including the Resident Information Center, mail/package delivery, directories, and check-in systems.
- Act as the main point of contact for Independent Living residents and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Assist with new resident move-ins and ensure a smooth transition into community life.
- Plan and implement community and private events.
- Oversee team member schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and resolve conflicts.
- Provide administrative support to the Resident Experience Director.
