Details you want to know

Shift:

  • 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm (Mondays often start earlier to help with production startup)
  • 2nd Shift: 2pm -10:30pm**(Shift differential available)
  • 3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30am** (Shift differential available)

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not always required).
  • Experience with packaging machinery or equipment is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to operate packaging machines (knowledge of machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting).
  • Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for packaging processes.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects (typically 30-50 lbs) as required by the role.
  • Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail:

  • Strong focus on quality control to ensure that packaging meets standards and specifications.
  • Ability to inspect finished product and make adjustments when necessary.

Communication & Teamwork:

  • Effective communication skills to work with team members and supervisors.
  • Ability to collaborate with others to meet production goals and deadlines.

Problem-Solving:

  • Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment malfunctions or production issues.
  • Ability to report issues promptly and help find solutions.

Flexibility & Willingness to Learn:

  • Open to training on different machines and processes.
  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
