Production Coordinator

For nearly 40 years, Naughty Dog has been crafting best-selling, critically acclaimed games that constantly push the boundaries of narrative, gameplay, and technology. Naughty Dog recently released The Last of Us Part II Remastered as well as a current generation remake of The Last of Us Part I for the PS5. We're also proud to say that The Last of Us Parts I and II are now available for the first time on PC. Currently, we’re busy at the kennel working on Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, and we’d love to find talented individuals to join us.

In service of these goals, Naughty Dog is growing our production team!  

Naughty Dog is seeking a Production Coordinator to play an integral role in organizing and coordinating on our AAA projects. This candidate will help develop the studio's production processes, and assist with the day-to-day coordination across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities:

●       Provide hands-on support to our development teams such as updating schedules, sending out studio-wide communications to report team progress, and taking notes

●       Assist in task and bug tracking and management through our internal tools

●       Facilitate communication across teams

●       Use task tracking tools to ensure tasks are kept current and are properly assigned to the team

●       Help manage the flow of assets and information between disciplines and team members

●       Maintain development schedules and track tasks and progress to meet milestones and deadlines

●       Assist teams in identifying and resolving issues preventing progress

●       Assist leads and producers in developing and maintaining pipelines

●       Work with the tools team to provide feedback on production tracking software

●       Help make our games better by participating in internal playtests and communicating feedback to the relevant stakeholders

●       Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

 Qualifications:

●       College degree or a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience

●       Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and GSuite

●       Communication skills with both large groups and individuals, with excellent written and oral communication abilities

●       Eagerness to learn new software tools and technologies

●       Keeps cool under high pressure situations. Positive attitude and demeanor

●       Attention to detail and ability to focus and execute the tasks assigned

Bonus Skills:

●       Experience in game development or VFX

●       Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, etc.

●       Experience with a variety of project management tools (Jira, Shotgun, Microsoft Project, or any other scheduling/task-tracking software)

Please note that the individual base pay range may vary based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
