About the project 
 
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support the implementation, integration, and optimization of Moveworks across the organization. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to analyse business needs, design scalable workflows, and translate requirements into functional specifications that enhance employee experience and drive measurable operational outcomes. 
 
 
How you'll contribute 
 
✅ Lead discovery sessions with business and experience stakeholders to understand current workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation. 
✅ Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation for solutions enabled by Moveworks. 
✅ Partner with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, Engineering, UX, and Operations teams to design scalable and sustainable workflows. 
✅ Support end-to-end business analysis for initiatives, from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimization. 
✅ Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder walkthroughs to align on future-state designs. 
✅ Analyze operational and workflow data to identify inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and measurable outcomes. 
✅ Support UAT planning and execution to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. 
✅ Contribute to change management and adoption efforts through documentation, enablement materials, and stakeholder readiness. 
✅ Champion best practices in business analysis, requirements management, and documentation. 
 
This would make you the ideal candidate 
 
✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
✨ 6+ Years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in technology or enterprise environments. 
✨ Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, workflow design, and stakeholder facilitation. 
✨ Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured, and actionable specifications. 
✨ Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria. 
✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
