What you will be doing

As an Fabrication Technician at Neros, you will be instrumental in building out the fabrication capabilities of the company.  Your day to day will consist of operating, troubleshooting and setting up of various machinery such as CNCs, lathes, and more. To accomplish this, you will be working closely with engineers to determine current needs and assist in the planning of future capabilities. This is a highly dynamic role where you will get the unique opportunity to see a factory being built from the ground up and potentially influence the success of our company. You should have the following

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • Basic mathematical computations and writing tasks
  • Effective communication, include speaking, writing, active listening and taking instruction
  • Dexterity and good hand-eye coordination, with the ability to operate a wide variety of machinery
  • 2+ years of experience operating CNCs, Lathes, Mills 
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and to perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to set up torque specifications, running power, and troubleshooting 

     

US Salary Range

$20.00 - $45.00 per hour USD

The hourly range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
