We are hiring for a Scrum Master to work with our Enterprise customers! As a Scrum Master, you will manage projects for our Enterprise customers by providing day-to-day leadership to analyze their requirements, developing designs, and implementing cloud-based solutions based on Salesforce, the Force.com platform, and AWS Connect. 

The ideal candidate has experience working with small and large customers and is comfortable with a rapid pace of change. The Scrum Master is professional and confident in front of VP and Director-level stakeholders, has a strong analytical and consultative mindset, and thrives when working against tight deadlines. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Execute role of Agile Scrum Master and guide the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process for systems and product delivery
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Coach and mentor the Scrum team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-defined, prioritized, and groomed backlog that supports business goals
  • Remove and address blockers proactively to maintain delivery momentum
  • Promote transparency by ensuring team metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) are tracked, communicated, and used to improve performance
  • Shield the team from external interruptions and unnecessary work to protect sprint commitments
  • Drive accountability across the team by maintaining clarity on goals, commitments, and definitions of done
  • Identify and manage delivery risks, escalating where appropriate, and collaborating on mitigation strategies
  • Strengthen collaboration across engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders
  • Support high-quality delivery by encouraging best practices in testing, technical excellence, and incremental value release
  • Champion Agile culture within the team and across the broader organization
  • Foster continuous learning through retrospectives, experimentation, feedback loops, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years Scrum Master or Project Management experience with packaged software or custom development implementation on the Salesforce Platform and/or Amazon Connect 
  • Deep understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and iterative delivery
  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives)
  • Strong servant-leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and empower cross-functional teams
  • Skilled at removing blockers and enabling team progress
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical and non-technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven track record of guiding teams to deliver high-quality, incremental value on time
  • Strong understanding of backlog management and experience partnering with Product Owners
  • Ability to identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans
  • Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
  • Salesforce or AI delivery/solution experience, specifically overseeing blueprint and implementation projects on the platform
  • PMP or Scrum Master Certification

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using agile lifecycle tools (Jira, Confluence, Lucid) 
  • Understanding of DevOps concepts and modern development practices (CI/CD, automation)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Management
  • Professional and confident while maintaining a focus on customer success
  • Certified Salesforce.com Admin with either Consultant or Business Analyst certifications
  • Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment
