WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role exists to increase New Engen’s enterprise revenue by strengthening how the company discovers, pursues, wins, and scales strategic opportunities.
At its core, this role fulfills all responsibilities of the Senior Manager, Client Strategy position while taking on an expanded enterprise charter focused on building the systems, capabilities, and AI solutions that improve how the Sales and Growth organization wins business over time.
This strategic leadership role partners directly with Enterprise Sales to improve pursuit quality, accelerate opportunity development, and increase enterprise win rates. Because the mission of this role is enterprise growth rather than department management, it reports directly to the SVP of Client Strategy.
Lead Enterprise Client Strategy
Serve as a senior strategic leader across enterprise pursuits by leading discovery and immersion sessions, developing strategic recommendations that solve complex client business challenges, and building executive-ready narratives that differentiate New Engen in competitive opportunities. Partner closely with Enterprise Sales throughout the pursuit lifecycle to drive strategy across proposals and pitches while ensuring recommendations are commercially sound, actionable, and aligned with client objectives.
Drive Cross-Functional Strategic Excellence
Collaborate closely with Creative, Creator, Media, Analytics, and Engagement teams to deliver integrated solutions for enterprise opportunities. Maintain the quality bar for work produced by Client Strategy, strengthen collaboration across pursuit teams, contribute to strategic methodologies and best practices, and support the continued evolution of Client Strategy capabilities.
Build Scalable Growth Systems
Lead the continued evolution of New Engen’s Growth operating system by improving how Enterprise Sales and Client Strategy work together. Design repeatable systems that strengthen deal execution, standardize discovery, immersion, proposal development, and strategic planning, and develop reusable frameworks, templates, playbooks, and operating processes. Capture institutional knowledge, lead deal debriefs, identify organizational bottlenecks, and continuously improve the speed, quality, and consistency of enterprise pursuits.
Lead AI Strategy & Innovation
Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve strategic work and enterprise pursuits by developing AI-assisted workflows for research, discovery, proposal development, competitive intelligence, and pitch creation. Build reusable prompt libraries and internal AI tools that reduce repetitive work while improving strategic quality. Experiment with emerging AI capabilities, scale successful solutions across the organization, and enable Enterprise Sales teams to leverage AI effectively while ensuring technology enhances—not replaces—expert strategic judgment.
Advance Enterprise Growth Capabilities
Strengthen New Engen’s enterprise growth capabilities by developing reusable strategic frameworks, methodologies, agency points of view, case studies, competitive intelligence, and strategic playbooks. Build enablement resources that increase the effectiveness of Enterprise Sales and Client Strategy, identify capability gaps before they become organizational constraints, improve collaboration and operating rhythms across teams, and partner with the SVP of Growth & Strategy on initiatives that increase revenue generation and long-term organizational effectiveness.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, enterprise marketing, client strategy, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise pursuits.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience developing strategic frameworks, operating models, or scalable business processes.
- Demonstrated interest in applying AI to improve business outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect strategy to revenue growth.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity while building new capabilities and processes.
- Passion for continuous improvement and organizational excellence.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $115,000
The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
