In your role as an Executive Assistant, you will partner with our SVP, Sales APJ, to increase alignment, productivity and engagement by streamlining communication, key deliverables and logistics. You will collaborate on a wide-range of activities; keenly anticipate issues and priorities while ensuring accountability through reporting, metrics and tracking deliverables. Your influence and scope as an Executive Assistant will foster successful communication across APJ with a focus on the sales leadership and will be an important catalyst for maintaining an engaging company culture!


What you'll do

  • Handle and track complex calendars for our APJ Sales leader, requiring prompt and tactful responsiveness to inquiries and changes that may arise
  • Lead key communication planning for the Executive: key outputs include messaging frameworks, comms tasks, tactical briefs, and presentation decks;
  • Prepare executive’s expense reports on a timely basis, and act as a resource for planning financial spends within the team
  • Plan and implement team events, meetings, offsites and other special functions including a full range of internal and external meeting’s
  • Plan and book/arrange the booking of travel
  • Gather, source, and present information in a variety of communication mediums, including presentation decks, strawman documents, and reporting tooling;
  • Organize domestic and international travel for the APJ Sales leader
  • Handle confidential information with a high-degree of sensitivity.



This role requires

  • Experience of progressive work experience preferred, with evidence of increasing responsibility in undertaking executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment;
  • Prior experience working with senior leadership within a tech organization, and a natural orientation towards being proactive, solutions-focused and helpful;
  • Experience and confidence in managing communications among executives, directors and business partners with exceptional verbal and written communication versatility;
  • Ability to plan and direct projects that may vary according to business needs, and may range in depth and length.
  • A curious learner, with a growth mentality
  • Proven track record to collaborate with different personalities and styles while taking a positive approach to changing priorities;
  • Expertise in G-Suite, chat tools, document management - Mac experience a plus!
  • Champions holistic thinking, proposing fresh ideas and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Experience planning for and negotiating services for events; and performs with minimal guidance.
