This is a highly strategic and execution-oriented role for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving hyper-growth, innovation, and organizational excellence.
As Chief of Staff, you will be a trusted advisor and thought partner to our CEO, helping to sharpen strategic vision, accelerate decision-making and execution, drive transparency and accountability, and ensure the entire leadership team is aligned and operating at its highest potential. This is a unique opportunity to work at the highest levels of strategy, operations, and leadership — building deep relationships across the organization while solving some of our most complex challenges.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the operational cadence for executive leadership, setting key meeting agendas, coordinating supporting materials and ensuring follow through on priorities through weekly leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and executive offsites.
- Translate strategic objectives into executable plans, designing, implementing and streamlining cross-company initiatives and tracking and measuring their progress.
- Establish and maintain effective company operating rhythms including QBRs, annual planning and OKRs, and key weekly touchpoints.
- Act as a sounding board and advisor, driving insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Maximize CEO effectiveness by supporting key meeting preparation, including drafting of quarterly board materials, presentations for executive customer meetings and other ad hoc engagements.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external communications teams to refine narratives and amplify the CEO’s voice across audiences
This role requires
- 8+ years of experience in senior operating roles within high-growth technology companies, or comparable experience in management consulting.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders, inspiring trust and collaboration.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, executive level materials.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a natural ability to navigate dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Demonstrated experience in operational excellence, strategy development, and scaling business processes and a strong analytical skillset.
- Executive presence with strong analytical thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Mastery in managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders seamlessly.
- Prefer but not required, some GTM or Product experience in past roles and familiarity with key enterprise tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, Google Workplace Suite)
