Sales Manager (Mid-Market) - Dublin: Build & Lead

- Net-New Focus: Drive ambitious growth with a strategic focus on net-new client acquisition and consistent, high-impact weekly pipeline generation within the Mid-Market sector.

- Dublin Hub: This is a crucial, predominantly office-based leadership role in our newly opened Dublin headquarters, ensuring you are accessible for immediate coaching and support for the Account Executives.
What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for driving top-tier performance through expert coaching and meticulous operational oversight.
- Coach for Performance: Provide high-impact, day-to-day coaching, joining your Account Executives on calls to refine their skills and significantly drive performance.
- Strategic Execution: Set clear KPIs and lead the proactive strategy required to ensure the team consistently overachieves on pipeline and revenue goals.
- Pipeline Rigor & Hygiene: Instill the discipline required for diligent pipeline hygiene, ensuring the rigorous qualification and disqualification of opportunities to maintain a clean, high-value forecast.
- Forecasting & Data Mastery: Build and maintain an accurate, reliable sales forecast. Leverage data analysis and trend spotting to provide insightful direction and measure rep performance.
- Deal Structure: Instill discipline and clarity by ensuring rigorous application of the MEDDICC framework for comprehensive deal structure and closure.
- Talent Cultivation: Attract, hire, and develop top-tier sales talent, mentoring them toward success and supporting their long-term career tenure.
This Role Requires:
We seek an established sales leader ready for high accountability and strategic challenge.
- Proven track record in running high-performing sales teams with demonstrable success in a net-new acquisition focus.
- Exceptional coaching and leadership skills, underpinned by a genuine desire to develop talent.
- Deep familiarity with SaaS/Cloud environments and practical command of Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency in the MEDDIC and COM sales methodologies.
- Strong analytical capability, using data and trends to measure performance and guide strategy.
- The ability to accurately forecast, alongside high levels of resilience, detail-orientation, and a proactive self-starter mentality.
Bonus Points:
- Demonstrable experience in successfully building a sales team from scratch or managing a team through significant organisational change management.
- Fluency in a European language (Spanish, French, Dutch, or Italian) is welcome but not essential.
- A leadership philosophy rooted in Hands-On Coaching and presence over passive metrics tracking.
