About the Role
You are the "Navigator" of the App Matrix strategy. Leveraging NewsBreak's mature traffic pool, you will identify market opportunities and define brand-new products. This role requires exceptional business acumen, data-driven insights, and the decisiveness to validate ideas through MVPs in an ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- 0-to-1 Strategy: Lead the full product lifecycle from opportunity discovery and MVP definition to global scaling.
- Data-Driven Growth: Design scientific A/B tests and analyze user behavior data to iterate products and optimize acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Product Vision: Define long-term roadmaps, ensuring powerful synergy between matrix products and the core NewsBreak ecosystem.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the product owner to drive Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams, removing blockers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2C mobile internet products (Content, Social, or Utility apps).
- Proven track record of successfully launching a product from 0 to 1 and achieving Product-Market Fit (PMF).
- Exceptional analytical skills; expert in SQL and user behavior analysis tools.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Global product vision and understanding of the US mobile internet market trends.
- High aesthetic standards for UI/UX and strong user empathy.

Annual Base Pay Range
$145,000 - $200,000 USD
