About the Role
We're looking for an SR Account Strategist to join Newton's growing team in Argentina. This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of client success and campaign operations — you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of iOS app advertisers while also owning the day-to-day execution and optimization of their Apple Ads campaigns. You won't just advise clients on strategy; you'll build it, run it, and improve it.
This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable presenting performance insights to a client and diving deep into campaign data to diagnose what's driving results. Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Own and grow a portfolio of iOS app advertiser accounts, serving as their strategic partner and primary point of contact.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships by delivering consistent results, proactive communication, and white-glove service.
- Lead regular performance reviews, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations aligned with each client's growth goals.
- Act as the internal voice of the client — translating their needs into clear briefs for cross-functional teams and ensuring follow-through.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your portfolio and collaborate with the Sales team to drive revenue growth.
Campaign Operations & Optimization
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Apple Ads campaigns (Search, Browse, and Custom Product Pages) end-to-end.
- Monitor campaign performance daily — tracking key metrics such as CPT, CPA, ROAS, TTR, CVR, and spend pacing — and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Analyze performance data across Apple Ads and MMP sources (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.) to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Run structured A/B tests across keywords, bidding strategies, audiences, and Custom Product Pages; document learnings and share best practices with the team.
- Build clear, insightful performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to resolve tracking or delivery issues and contribute to platform improvements.
- Maintain clean campaign setups, naming conventions, and documentation standards.
What We're Looking For
- 4–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or campaign management within performance marketing or mobile user acquisition.
- Solid understanding of Apple Ads (Search Ads) or, more broadly, mobile UA platforms and ecosystem dynamics (DSPs, MMPs, app stores).
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Excel or Google Sheets; comfort working with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to translate complex performance data into clear client narratives.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset: you follow through, escalate when needed, and always have a point of view.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Apple Ads or App Store Optimization (ASO).
- Familiarity with Custom Product Pages, creative testing, or keyword strategy.
- Experience working with mobile app advertisers across verticals such as gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or lifestyle.
- Exposure to Newton's platform or other Apple Ads management tools.
- Additional language skills (Spanish a plus for regional client portfolios).
