
Sr. Social Media Coordinator
AdRoll is looking for a savvy, creative Sr. Social Media Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be both a champion for our customers and an advocate for our brand. You'll create thumb-stopping content, spark conversations, and grow our presence across existing and emerging social platforms.
You’ll be our eyes and ears in the social sphere, tapping into trends, digital adtech communities, and cultural moments that matter to our audience. From crafting engaging posts to managing real-time interactions, you’ll bring AdRoll’s voice to life in authentic, compelling ways.
We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts strategist and creator. You should be a proactive social expert who is excited about helping marketers succeed, willing to experiment, and skilled at turning content into connection. This role reports to the Head of Content Strategy and collaborates closely with teammates across brand, product marketing, and creative.
This role is open in San Francisco, New York City, or Remote locations.

The impact you’ll make:
- Own our social presence end-to-end: be the go-to expert for all things social, from campaign ideas to community engagement to performance insights.
- Spot trends before they trend: track industry shifts, community chatter, and pop culture moments we can authentically tap into. Bring timely ideas to the table that keep us relevant and resonant.
- Be the voice of the brand: ensure every post, comment, and reply reflects our tone, values, and personality across all platforms.
- Collaborate like a pro: work with agencies, partners, and internal teams to bring standout social campaigns to life, on time and on brand.
- Turn data into action: regularly review performance metrics and partner with the rest of the Content team to test, learn, and optimize for what drives results.
Skills you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation and engagement.
- Deep intellectual curiosity to understand how things work, what makes people tick, the underlying meaning of communications, and the ability to use those observations to cultivate conversations
- Natural storyteller and effective communicator that can mine/listen for stories, build relationships, and turn interesting insights into exciting and informative content.
- A love for digital and viral content, and a passion for creating content that inspires, educates, and entertains.
- Knowledge of social media networks, and how best to leverage them. Proven results in effectively using the channels to drive team and business goals.
- Proficient in creating owned visual assets and able to give clear guidance and direction to creative teams, agencies, etc. when more work or resources are needed.

Additional Information:
Minimum salary of $64,603 to maximum salary of $95,550 + equity + benefits. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly.
The range provided is NextRoll’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
