What You’ll do:

As a Client Partner, you will work alongside the Agency Development lead in managing and growing key agency partners, collaborating with internal teams to provide strategic recommendations, data-driven insights, and exceptional client service.  Your goal is to drive performance, foster long-term relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.  If you are a proactive, analytical, and client-focused professional with a passion for online advertising, this is an opportunity to make an impact and grow within our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Agency Development partner, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to consistently exceed client expectations and deliver optimal outcomes.
  • Work in tandem with sales leads to proactively identify opportunities, delivering tailored strategic recommendations that drive upselling and incremental revenue growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive desired business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Nexxen’s tech along with media solutions/products and competence in articulating Nexxen value to clients
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for both clients and internal teams, ensuring timely, effective, and thoughtful responses to client inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a pulse on current digital advertising trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, providing timely internal recommendations and insights that foster innovation and optimize client strategies.
  • Support the creation and refinement of sales materials, ensuring content is The tailored to client needs and aligns with Nexxen’s value proposition, positioning the company as a thought leader in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving client challenges, navigating complex issues and providing creative solutions to drive positive outcomes.
  • Leverage data analytics and digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) to assess campaign performance, deliver insights, and make recommendations for optimization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a solid understanding of the latest industry trends, technologies, and advertising strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics (e.g., CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.), with the ability to interpret data to guide decision-making, optimize campaign strategies, and drive business growth

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available will vary depending on the state, start date, and employment type. Our Talent Acquisition team will be happy to answer any questions you may have.  

Please note - We have a hybrid work model with the expectation of 3 days minimum in the local office to collaborate, innovate, and celebrate.
