Seasonal Coordinator, Social Analytics & Listening

Summary

The NFL is currently seeking a Seasonal Coordinator to join our Social Analytics and Listening Team (SALT) in the Social and Influencer Marketing department. This individual will be responsible for supporting SALT by working on reporting and analysis, with a special focus on the NFL’s international social handles. This individual will be key in deriving insights and driving global social strategy from data. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of and passion for the National Football League, its member Clubs, Players, and social media strategy / data.

Essential Functions

  • Support the Social Analytics and Listening Team (SALT) by producing reporting and analysis of NFL social media performance.
  • Focus on international social media handles, identifying key trends and performance drivers.
  • Derive actionable insights from data to inform and optimize global social strategy.
  • Deliver regular reports and presentations to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of campaigns, content, and influencer partnerships.
  • Assist in social listening to track fan sentiment, cultural moments, and engagement trends.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media analytics, marketing analytics, or related data-driven role.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and their analytics tools.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Prior experience in sports, entertainment, or digital media analytics.
  • Familiarity with social listening platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Talkwalker).
  • Experience working with global or multilingual social media accounts.

Salary / Pay Range

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

Salary

$30 - $35 USD

This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
