Seasonal Coordinator, International Production Operations (REHIRE)

Summary

Assist with coordination of NFL game broadcasts & programs to int’l broadcast partners.  Daily tasks include contacting partners and gathering game selections; assist with weekly satellite/fiber orders; and distributing confirmations, formats, and AD information. 

Work required on select weekends and evenings.

Travel will be required during the season to assist in broadcast productions.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in coordinating delivery of NFL games, programs, footage, and other content to regional areas: North America, Europe, & Asia.
  • Serve as point of contact for Int’l NFL Partners to coordinate transmission paths.
  • Document and track game selections and other content broadcast around the world.
  • Work with internal depts. and external facilities to distribute NFL content.
  • Liaise with NFL Broadcasting, network TV partners, team PR and stadium contacts to communicate broadcast details to int’l partners.
  • Support live transmissions while in progress to ensure highest quality experience for each partner.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years in sports broadcast, television or other production and project management roles
  • Knowledge of broadcast distribution and technology
  • Knowledge of current sports broadcast production, content technologies and methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Production Management skills
  • Foreign language skills
  • Experience working with professional sports franchise and/or sports league
  • Web page program experience
