Summary

Assist with coordination of NFL game broadcasts & programs to int’l broadcast partners. Daily tasks include contacting partners and gathering game selections; assist with weekly satellite/fiber orders; and distributing confirmations, formats, and AD information.

Work required on select weekends and evenings.

Travel will be required during the season to assist in broadcast productions.

Essential Functions

Assist in coordinating delivery of NFL games, programs, footage, and other content to regional areas: North America, Europe, & Asia.
Serve as point of contact for Int’l NFL Partners to coordinate transmission paths.
Document and track game selections and other content broadcast around the world.
Work with internal depts. and external facilities to distribute NFL content.
Liaise with NFL Broadcasting, network TV partners, team PR and stadium contacts to communicate broadcast details to int’l partners.
Support live transmissions while in progress to ensure highest quality experience for each partner.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years in sports broadcast, television or other production and project management roles
Knowledge of broadcast distribution and technology
Knowledge of current sports broadcast production, content technologies and methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred Education and Experience

Production Management skills
Foreign language skills
Experience working with professional sports franchise and/or sports league
Web page program experience
