Roles and Responsibilities:
● SME in at least one functional module of the system or service
● Design and quality ownership of the service owned as the the SME
● Say/do ratio of > 95% in execution
● Code reviews and quality gatekeeper for the SME area
● Assist and mentor junior members
● Responsible for enforcing code reviews and test coverage
● Ensure no regressions in the modules owned
● Serve on interview panels and help grow the organization

Must Have Skills:
● Overall 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
● 3+ yr experience with Ruby on Rails
● Good understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
● Solid experience with web services.
● Understanding of JavaScript dependency management and build tools.
● Experience with MongoDB, Postgresql, MySQL database.
● Comfortable in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent
self-direction coupled with team collaboration and open communication
● Understanding of RESTful web services
● Work in a fast-paced, creative atmosphere to develop new ideas that adapt to evolving user needs
● Experience using Git / GitHub.
