We are building a high-impact Salesforce talent pipeline to support ongoing and future digital transformation initiatives within a global, highly regulated manufacturing and healthcare environment. 

This initiative will focus on strengthening Salesforce delivery capabilities through a flexible team structure that may include Senior Developers, Administrators, Consultants, and Business Analysts. These roles will collaborate to enhance platform capabilities, improve business processes, and accelerate delivery across critical commercial and operational priorities. 

We are particularly interested in professionals who can operate in integrated delivery environments, contribute to scalable platform solutions, and bring both technical depth and business understanding to complex Salesforce ecosystems. 

How your day-to-day work will look like: 

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or industry-specific clouds. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities. 

• Drive platform administration, configuration, and ongoing support activities. 

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems. 

• Support backlog management, prioritization, and agile delivery processes. 

• Identify opportunities for business process improvement and automation. 

• Contribute to delivery acceleration and continuous platform optimization. 

This would make you the ideal candidate: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  

• 3+ Years of experience working with Salesforce (Admin, Dev, Consultant, or BA role). 

• 2+ Years of hands-on experience in at least one core area: 

-Development (Apex, LWC, integrations). 

-Administration (Flows, configuration, security). 

-Functional consulting/business analysis. 

• 2+ Years of experience working in agile or delivery-driven environments. 

• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
