About the project
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive initiatives related to experience personalization, experimentation, and design system adoption, ensuring digital experiences remain consistent, performant, and aligned with both user needs and business objectives.
What you’ll do
- Lead and coordinate event program operations, ensuring digital initiatives are executed efficiently across event marketing, engineering, QA, and content teams.
- Ensure event platform capabilities (infrastructure, sign-in flows, session catalogs, personalized recommendations) are effectively understood and adopted — creating documentation, sharing knowledge, and bridging the gap between platform teams and event execution.
- Define and maintain product requirements, use cases, and documentation for event experience initiatives, translating business goals into clear, actionable specifications for registration, discovery, engagement, and post-event journeys.
- Build and maintain product backlogs for event features, drive sprint planning, and ensure initiatives progress efficiently through the Scrum lifecycle.
- Document and manage logic-based event scenarios and business rules.
- Partner with experimentation teams to define and coordinate A/B testing initiatives (session discovery, recommendation algorithms, post-event engagement), using results to validate and iterate on event strategies.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to identify attendee segments, engagement patterns, and experience profile data opportunities that inform personalization and targeting decisions.
- Support roadmap development and feature prioritization for event platforms (RainFocus, Swoogo, On24, AEM), balancing attendee needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for internal stakeholders and event clients, managing expectations and communicating proactively on program status, platform health, and feature readiness.
What makes you a great fit 🎯
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of experience working in Product Management, Product Operations, or Program Design Operations.
- Experience leading initiatives across design, product, engineering, QA, and data teams.
- Experience working with design systems and multidisciplinary digital product teams.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms with component-based architectures.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of A/B testing, experimentation workflows, and personalization initiatives.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
