About the project 

As an SEO Specialist, you will drive the strategy and execution of our organic search initiatives to elevate online visibility, grow targeted web traffic, and improve overall search engine performance. You will be responsible for conducting technical audits, keyword research, and implementing both on-page and off-page optimizations. In this role, you will work closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are seamlessly integrated across all digital assets. 

What you’ll do 

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps and optimization opportunities for assigned initiatives. 

• Execute on-page SEO recommendations including metadata optimization, header hierarchy, internal linking strategy, and content structure improvements. 

• Support technical SEO audits and implement fixes addressing crawlability, indexing, site architecture, and performance issues. 

• Support AIO/GEO efforts by identifying opportunities to improve content visibility across AI-powered search surfaces (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot), including entity coverage, structured data, and answer-level optimization. 

• Monitor search rankings, organic traffic, AI citation/visibility signals, and key SEO metrics. Flag issues, opportunities, and competitive developments to the SEO team lead. 

• Collaborate with content writers, web strategists, Publishing, and Studio teams to integrate SEO and AIO recommendations into content and design workflows. 

• Document findings, recommendations, and implementation details clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

What makes you a great fit 🎯 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 3+ Years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments. 

• Solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO fundamentals (metadata, structured data, crawlability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, etc.). 

• Working knowledge of AIO/GEO principles and how LLMs retrieve, cite, and surface brand content. 

• Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Botify, or equivalent). 

• Ability to work independently across multiple concurrent workstreams with clear prioritization. 

• Strong written communication skills. Ability to translate SEO and AIO findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise. 
• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
