About the project 

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager, you will own project plans end-to-end, keep delivery teams aligned to scope and timelines, and act as the primary point of contact for the client. The role carries direct accountability for risk management, quality assurance, task allocation, and progress reporting, and is expected to drive continuous process improvement across the engagement. 

What you’ll do 

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and design effective strategies to reach project goals. 

• Keep delivery teams aligned to project objectives and deadlines, fostering a collaborative and synchronized way of working. 

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining open, transparent communication to meet expectations throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Identify project risks early and put mitigation plans in place, resolving blockers promptly and escalating issues when needed. 

• Own project quality standards and confirm that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. 

• Allocate tasks across the team based on capacity and skill set. 

• Organize and facilitate sprints, contributing to solutioning discussions as needed. 

• Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, keeping project records current. 

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to strengthen project management capability across the team. 

• Define and roll out delivery methodologies, including the tooling required to support them. 

• Drive on-time completion of tasks, keeping the team motivated toward project objectives while upholding service excellence. 

• Support the team throughout the project lifecycle, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. 

• Conduct project reviews, track progress, and report developments and key risks to the client. 

• Coordinate and communicate with other departments involved in current and upcoming projects. 

• Schedule, lead, and document client discovery and follow-up meetings. 

• Facilitate ongoing communication within the team to ensure successful, on-time project completion. 

What makes you a great fit 🎯 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 5+ Years of project management experience, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. 

• 2+ Years of hands-on experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. 

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. 

• Proven experience working with Azure DevOps. 

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 

• Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

• Strong stakeholder and client management skills. 
• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
